Industry Applications
Continuous Lifter is a relatively continuous work of vertical conveying equipment. The working principle of the Continuous Lifter can be used to effectively lift product to the set height through the continuous movement. In this process, the product is subjected to the friction of the chain or belt, keeping the synchronous movement with the transmission device, so as to maintain a stable transmission state. When the product reaches the top of the lifter, it will be smoothly discharged out to complete the entire lifting process.

According to the form of the entry and exit, can divide into two types: Z-type continuous lifter and C-type continuous lifter. The main difference between Z Type and C Type lies in their structure, lifting efficiency, application scenarios and transportation capacity.
1. Structural differences:
The infeed and outfeed of the Z-type continuous lifter are located on the different side of the equipment, while the infeed and outfeed of the C-type continuous lifter are located on the same side, and the shape is similar to the letter C, so name it as C-type continuous lifter.
This structural difference makes their application in logistics and warehousing different.
2. Improve efficiency:
The efficiency of Z-type continuous elevator can reach about 20 products/minute, and the specific speed needs to be determined according to the size of the lifting material.
Because the C-type continuous lifter needs to rotate the tray to adjust the direction, usually its lifting amount can only reach half of the Z-type.
3. Applicable scenarios:
The Z-type continuous lifter is suitable for scenarios that require fast and efficient vertical transport, such as the delivery of items on production lines.
The C-type continuous lifter is more suitable for use in space-limited environments, such as warehouses or small logistics centers, where the infeed and outfeed are on the same side to facilitate the turnover of goods in a limited space.
4. Carrying capacity:
Z-type continuous lifter are usually designed to carry larger loads and are suitable for transporting larger items.
Due to structural limitations, the C-type continuous lifter has a relatively low carrying capacity, which is more suitable for transporting small items or scenarios that require frequent direction changes.
APOLLO can supply protection cover for the Continuous Lifter with steel plate or brown acrylic seal plate.
